The Mortgage was modified by means of the Modification Deed number 156 executed on July 1st, 2012 before Notary Public Carlos José Mangual Santiago in San Juan, Puerto Rico and recorded at page 12 of volume 1380 (ágora) of Carolina, Property Registry of Puerto Rico at Carolina, Second Section, property number 56,034. The Mortgage was modified on a second occasion by means of the Modification Deed number 774 executed on November 25th, 2013 before Notary Public Leilany Carrión del Toro in San Juan, Puerto Rico and recorded at page 12 of volume 1380 (ágora) of Carolina, Property Registry of Puerto Rico at Carolina, Second Section, property number 56,034. WHEREAS: This property is subject to the following liens described in the Spanish language: PRIOR LIENS: NONE JUNIOR LIENS: NONE Potential bidders are advised to verify the extent of preferential liens with the holders thereof.
